Studio's Got Talent 3

Victoria is a G4 student with Chelsey Kueffer's Kids Canon Advanced 'B'.

Victoria wrote the beginning of her own gothic story after reading "The Bad Beginning", a gothic story.

The three orphans, Frizler, Matt, and Zodia, walked side by side in the abandoned forest. Frizler was the eldest, who was 19-years-old, Matt was the "meat between sandwich", who was born four years after Frizler, and Zodia was the youngest, who was only 10 years old.

There were only one thought in their minds: to get the Chanceliter's needle point to "life". As Frizler, Zodia and Matt stared closely on the Chanceliter, the thoughts of their childhood flown through their mind once again. The thoughts were merely a blur, but there was one thing they never dare to forget: 10 years ago, when Zodia was only one, Frizler and Matt hopped happily into their house, finding a note and the Chanceliter on the table rather than their parents. It says in their parent's letters:

Don't try to find us, be well.

Use the Chanceliter well

At first they thought it was a trick so they did what they should do and spent all night figuring out what the Chanceliter does. But the next day, their parents didn't come back. They waited for months, and for a full year. Frizler, the eldest of the three, called the police, but there were no message from their parents, and they got into a "Care for Children" orphan house. They waited for two years, three years, four years... and above ten years... Then after 12 years, on the day their parents disappeared, they got back to their house and found a map showing a route on the table, so they followed the route to where the route ended, a palace called "Ghost's House".

Now they were back in the deserted forest wandering around struggling to find the Ghost's House. Zodia finally asked the question that all of them want to ask for years, "Where are our parents?"  Frizler said," Perhaps we are on the way to find the answers of our questions."

The three orphans still walked forward while following the route on the map. Dim light shone from between gaps of the leaves of the tree tops. The world is black and grey with not a bit of grass green. They looked around. The trees in the forest all looked as they had lived for thousands of years. The tree trunks were all wrinkled as an old man's face and there were gluey green things on the trunk like slimes. Every two or three trees make a knot and there were each an unknown creature sticking onto the tree sizzling their tongues. The mud under their feet was sticky and almost liquid. With every step they take, they seemed to sink into the mud for some distance. They looked up. Without even realizing, it was already dusk. The sky was abnormally red like blood with purple stripes. But mostly they see the tree tops.  But the moon was weird that night. It was neither a full circle or some fraction of a circle. It was oval. They turned back. Surprised, with every step they take, dark grey thistles and thorns grew right behind them. Suddenly, they found out they establish a half decayed backpack on the forest ground.

Ms Kueffer’s comments:

Victoria is the youngest in our class and is learning to be confident and brave. She's a budding young scholar indeed.
