Ages 10 to 15

Summer Film School is a collaboration between FOUR OF SWORDS and The Studio School of Speech and Drama. It provides a ‘full fat’ film-making experience for aspiring actors and auteurs aged 10 to 15.

Students will pursue their ideas from script form through to final cinematic masterpiece.

Along the way they will receive acting tuition, experience dressing sets as well as using cameras, lights and sound equipment. They will build props, work on make-up designs and assemble costumes. They will act in front of green screens and create stop motion animation.

Summer Film School will run from 2nd to 6th October, 2018. 

The workshop will run from 9:00am-4:30pm each day, with a dedicated lunch break in which lunch will be provided for students.

Finally, to celebrate the young film students hard work, Studio will host a glitzy premiere on Saturday, October 13th, where the children can invite their family and friends along to see the finished product and the making-of documentary which Four of Swords provides alongside the main feature.

Spaces are limited. As there are only 27 places available, early booking is advised for this popular workshop. The cost of the workshop is ￥9,980.
