Ages 3 to 4

On this Level One course, students will begin to explore the world of spoken and written English in a text and literacy rich environment. Starting with a core phonics program, the students will learn to write, decode and encode all of the individual letter sounds and begin to build words for themselves.

The children will learn classic nursery rhymes, songs, simple poems and will even have the chance to perform plays.

Students enrolled on this course will begin an elementary independent reading program.

This course includes a lot of learning through play, puzzles, movement and fun.
